Overview

Built for the road it lights.

TR · TR300-A / TR300-B / TR300-C

TR300 Series solar street lights are the mid-size all-in-one build in the TR line, aimed at secondary and main roads. One IP66 body holds the solar panel, the LiFePO4 pack, the MPPT controller and a motion-sensing LED array, so a two-person crew can bolt the whole fixture onto the pole and switch it on.

It covers 5-8 m mounting heights: TR300-A starts at 5-6 m with 96 SMD 3030 LEDs, TR300-B sits at 5-7 m, and TR300-C reaches 6-8 m on 192 LEDs, with panel wattage and battery capacity rising from 40 W to 60 W and 45 Ah to 75 Ah across the three.

Why buyers pick it

Built in, not bolted on.

The features below come from the family's own specification — nothing here is available as a paid extra.

  • Mid-size capacityThe 40-60 W panel and 45-75 Ah battery sit between the compact TR248 and the high-output TR408.
  • Motion-sensing controlA motion sensor lifts output on approach and drops it when the road empties, smoothing the nightly draw.
  • Three road classesA/B/C variants let one order cover a short access road and a wider main road in the same project.
  • Integrated MPPT chargingThe MPPT controller sits inside the housing, so there is no separate charge box on the pole.
  • IP66 die-cast bodyThe sealed aluminium housing keeps rain, dust and insects away from the battery and circuit board.
  • Pole-mount simplicityBolt it to a 5-8 m pole tenon; there is no trench, no cable run and no grid supply to arrange.
Selection guide

Match the model to the road.

Start from your pole height and the road you are lighting, then confirm the details with us.

Main road lighting where poles are 6-7 m?
TR300-C gives the widest throw, with 192 SMD 3030 LEDs on the largest panel in the family.
Community road with 5-6 m poles?
TR300-A covers this class with 96 LEDs and a 40 W panel.
A project that mixes pole heights?
Order TR300-A and TR300-C together; the variants share one bracket and one spare-parts list.
Need more light without a larger pole?
TR300-B sits between the two, adding LEDs and panel area at 5-7 m.
Common questions

Asked & answered.

Answers drawn from the specifications above. Need a parameter that is not listed? Send us a question — we reply within 24 hours.

What mounting heights does the TR300 Series Solar Street Light cover?
Across its 3 variants, this family covers mounting heights of 5-6m, 5-7m, 6-8m. Pick the one that matches your pole height and the road width you are lighting — tell us your target height and we will confirm the fit.
Is the TR300 Series Solar Street Light integrated or split?
This family uses an all-in-one design — solar panel, battery, controller and LED are integrated in a single fixture. Mount it on the pole and switch it on; no external wiring or battery box.
What battery and light source does the TR300 Series Solar Street Light use?
Configurations across the family include batteries (3.2V/45AH / 3.2V/60AH / 3.2V/75AH) and a SMD 3030/96pcs / SMD 3030/144pcs / SMD 3030/192 pcs light source. The per-variant pairing is listed in the table above; sites needing longer autonomy can step up to a larger battery and panel.
Can I order more than one variant in the same project?
Yes. All 3 variants belong to one family and can be mixed freely in a single order — the MOQ applies per model. Share your pole-height breakdown and we will recommend the mix.
How does the sensor decide when to dim?
The sensor reads movement in its coverage cone; output stays high while traffic passes and eases down when the road is quiet.
Will the panel still charge on a hazy day?
Diffuse light still charges the pack; for regions with long overcast spells tell us the worst stretch and we will size the panel up.
Can the fixture be fitted to an old pole?
Measure the tenon diameter and send it to us; we will confirm the bracket and the adapter if one is needed.
What maintenance does it need?
Wipe the panel and check the bracket bolts annually; the sealed housing needs no routine opening.
How do I know which variant suits my road?
Send the road width, pole height and target country, and we will point to the variant and explain why.
How do I reach you?
We answer every enquiry within 24 hours with a recommendation and the documents you ask for.
Do you take OEM / ODM orders for the TR300?
Yes — logo, packing and the housing finish can follow your brand, and the motion settings can be set to match the road you are lighting. Ask sales for MOQ and lead time.
