What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard SKUs, MOQ is 10 units. For OEM (custom logo or color), MOQ is 50 units. For ODM (custom housing design), MOQ is 200 units.
What is the lead time?
Standard SKUs ship within 7-10 working days. OEM/ODM orders take 25-35 working days depending on complexity.
What payment terms do you accept?
For first orders, we accept 30% T/T deposit + 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers, we can offer OA up to 60 days.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample cost is the unit price + shipping. Sample fee is fully refundable on the first bulk order above 100 units.
What is the warranty?
5 years on the whole fixture, 3 years on the LiFePO4 battery. Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects — it does not cover damage from improper installation, vandalism, or acts of nature beyond the IP66 rating.
Can you ship DDP (delivered duty paid) to my country?
Yes, we can arrange DDP shipping to most countries via our freight forwarder. Send us your country and city, and we will quote a DDP price including duties and last-mile delivery.
