3. Product Information
We aim to keep product specifications accurate and up to date. However, Xiuben Lighting reserves the right to change specifications, materials, or designs at any time without prior notice, provided the changes do not materially degrade the product's performance.
All product images are representative. The actual product may differ slightly in appearance due to manufacturing tolerances and ongoing design improvements.
4. Pricing
Prices are quoted on a per-inquiry basis via the form on the Contact page. The website does not display retail prices. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise specified.
5. Warranty
Standard warranty is 5 years on the fixture and 3 years on the LiFePO4 battery, starting from the date of shipment. The full warranty terms are documented in the sales contract.

Xiuben Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its content, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zhongshan, Guangdong.
