Overview

Built for the road it lights.

TK · TK408-A / TK408-B / TK408-C

TK408 Series solar street lights are built around motion sensing on high mast poles for trunk roads and highway work. Each A/B/C variant is a self-contained unit in a die-cast enclosure rated IP66, joining the panel, a LiFePO4 pack and the charge controller inside a single bolt-on assembly.

Mounting is set for 8-12 m poles, and the three models climb in output as the spans lengthen. TK408-A leads with 60 SMD 3030 LEDs and an 80 W panel for 8-10 m work, TK408-B moves up to 120 LEDs, and TK408-C tops the family with a 150 W panel and a 25.6 V pack for the heaviest stretches.

Why buyers pick it

Built in, not bolted on.

The features below come from the family's own specification — nothing here is available as a paid extra.

  • High-pole designThe range is built for the 8-12 m masts used on trunk roads and highway spans.
  • Motion-sensing arrayOutput lifts to full as traffic enters the sensor field and eases back afterwards.
  • SMD 3030 barThe LED bar steps from 60 to 120 chips, so the same housing covers two road classes.
  • High-voltage batteryA 12.8 V or 25.6 V pack gives the larger panel a matching place to store its charge.
  • Large integrated panelPanels run from 80 W to 150 W inside the housing, scaling with the route.
  • Sealed IP66 bodyThe die-cast enclosure keeps the battery and controller dry through storms.
Selection guide

Match the model to the road.

Start from your pole height and the road you are lighting, then confirm the details with us.

Trunk road at 8-10 m?
TK408-A carries 60 SMD 3030 LEDs and the 80 W panel.
Highway at 10-12 m?
TK408-B steps to 120 LEDs for the longer spans.
The heaviest duty in the family?
TK408-C pairs the 150 W panel with a 25.6 V battery.
Want motion control on a high pole?
Every TK408 variant includes the motion sensor; that is what separates it from the dusk-to-dawn families.
Common questions

Asked & answered.

Answers drawn from the specifications above. Need a parameter that is not listed? Send us a question — we reply within 24 hours.

What mounting heights does the TK408 Series Solar Street Light cover?
Across its 3 variants, this family covers mounting heights of 8-10m, 10-12m. Pick the one that matches your pole height and the road width you are lighting — tell us your target height and we will confirm the fit.
Is the TK408 Series Solar Street Light integrated or split?
This family uses an all-in-one design — solar panel, battery, controller and LED are integrated in a single fixture. Mount it on the pole and switch it on; no external wiring or battery box.
What battery and light source does the TK408 Series Solar Street Light use?
Configurations across the family include batteries (12.8V/30AH / 12.8V/45AH / 25.6V/30AH) and a SMD 3030/60pcs / SMD 3030/90pcs / SMD 3030/120 pcs light source. The per-variant pairing is listed in the table above; sites needing longer autonomy can step up to a larger battery and panel.
Can I order more than one variant in the same project?
Yes. All 3 variants belong to one family and can be mixed freely in a single order — the MOQ applies per model. Share your pole-height breakdown and we will recommend the mix.
Why choose the TK408 over the TR408?
Both reach 8-12 m; the TR408 uses an SMD 5050 array and the TK408 an SMD 3030 array, so tell us about the road and we will advise on the spread.
Does the panel suit a shaded mast?
The panel is fixed in the housing; tell us about shade or tall buildings early and we will advise honestly.
How does the light behave on a quiet road?
Output drops when the sensor sees no movement, then returns to full for the next vehicle.
What is packed with each fixture?
Each unit ships boxed for container loading; share the quantity and destination for loading advice.
Which parts are replaced over time?
The battery is the wear item; controllers are also available as spares if a project wants them on hand.
How do I get a highway recommendation?
Send road width, pole height, route length and country, and we reply within 24 hours.
Is an OEM / ODM build possible for the TK408?
Yes — your logo and packing can be applied, and the panel and battery step-up can be chosen for the stretch you are lighting. Contact sales for MOQ and lead time.
