Overview

Built for the road it lights.

TR · TR348-A / TR348-B / TR348-C

TR348 Series solar street lights are the wide-body all-in-one option for busier roads and junctions. The A/B/C models share one broad IP66 housing with the solar panel, a LiFePO4 battery that can be wired at 3.2 V or 12.8 V, an MPPT controller and a motion-sensing LED bar.

It is sized for 6-9 m poles. TR348-A runs 144 SMD 3030 LEDs at 6-7 m, TR348-B steps to 192 LEDs at 7-8 m, and TR348-C reaches 8-9 m. Battery capacity climbs from 60 Ah to 120 Ah, the panel from 40 W to 80 W, and each model can be supplied with a 5 V or an 18 V panel output.

Why buyers pick it

Built in, not bolted on.

The features below come from the family's own specification — nothing here is available as a paid extra.

  • Wide-body housingThe broad 355 mm body carries a larger panel than any TR model below it in the range.
  • Dual battery voltageEach variant can be built on a 3.2 V or 12.8 V battery platform, so you can match an existing site standard.
  • Higher LED countFrom 144 to 192 SMD 3030 LEDs, the family is aimed at multi-lane carriageways and intersections.
  • Motion-sensing outputOutput steps up when a vehicle or pedestrian enters the sensor field, then eases back.
  • IP66 sealed buildThe die-cast housing is rated IP66 to keep the battery and controller dry in heavy rain.
  • Shared sparesAll three variants use one bracket and one controller type, which keeps spares simple at project scale.
Selection guide

Match the model to the road.

Start from your pole height and the road you are lighting, then confirm the details with us.

Poles 6-7 m on a junction approach?
TR348-A pairs 144 LEDs with the 60 Ah pack for this class.
Poles 8-9 m on a wide carriageway?
TR348-C carries the 192-LED head and the 120 Ah battery.
Need a 12.8 V battery to match other sites?
Order any TR348 variant on the 12.8 V battery platform; the housing accepts both.
Standard 7-8 m layout?
TR348-B is the middle variant, with 192 LEDs and the 80 W panel.
Common questions

Asked & answered.

Answers drawn from the specifications above. Need a parameter that is not listed? Send us a question — we reply within 24 hours.

What mounting heights does the TR348 Series Solar Street Light cover?
Across its 3 variants, this family covers mounting heights of 6-7m, 7-8m, 8-9m. Pick the one that matches your pole height and the road width you are lighting — tell us your target height and we will confirm the fit.
Is the TR348 Series Solar Street Light integrated or split?
This family uses an all-in-one design — solar panel, battery, controller and LED are integrated in a single fixture. Mount it on the pole and switch it on; no external wiring or battery box.
What battery and light source does the TR348 Series Solar Street Light use?
Configurations across the family include batteries (3.2V/60AH(12.8V/18AH) / 3.2V/90AH(12.8V/24AH) / 3.2V/120AH(12.8V/30AH)) and a SMD 3030/144pcs / SMD 3030/192pcs / SMD 3030/192 pcs light source. The per-variant pairing is listed in the table above; sites needing longer autonomy can step up to a larger battery and panel.
Can I order more than one variant in the same project?
Yes. All 3 variants belong to one family and can be mixed freely in a single order — the MOQ applies per model. Share your pole-height breakdown and we will recommend the mix.
Which battery voltage should I specify?
Send the voltage your other equipment uses; both the 3.2 V and 12.8 V packs fit the same housing.
Is the controller accessible for service?
The sealed housing is opened at the pole when a controller or battery needs changing; no roadside cabinet is used.
How is the panel handled if the site is partly shaded?
The panel is fixed in the housing, so tell us early about shade; if a shift is needed we will discuss other options honestly.
What packing do the fixtures use?
Each fixture is boxed for container loading; send the quantity and port and we will advise on the loading plan.
What spare parts should a project hold?
Most projects keep a small stock of controllers and batteries; we will quote the level that matches your unit count.
What do you need to recommend a variant?
Road width, pole height, region and unit count are enough for a first recommendation, sent within 24 hours.
Can the TR348 be built to our own OEM / ODM specification?
Yes — the housing can carry your branding and packing, and the battery voltage and motion profile can be fixed to your site standard. Ask the sales team for MOQ and lead time.
