About this product
What it does.
ML5-2-100W modular LED street light is the AC-powered workhorse of our roadway lineup. The modular LED engine (SMD 3030 96pcs) runs on AC 85-305V input, with surge protection up to 6kV, PF≥0.95, and IP65 housing.
Each module is independently replaceable — if one module fails in the field, you swap a single module instead of the whole fixture, cutting service costs by 60-70%. Tool-free latch design means a single technician with a 4mm hex key can complete a module swap in under 5 minutes.
Typical applications: city streets, municipal roads, parking lots, industrial parks, port terminals, and airports. Available in 6-8m pole heights with optional photocell, dimming, and smart-city control nodes. CE, RoHS, ISO 9001 certified.

What is the warranty?

What is the MOQ?
10 pieces for standard models. 50 pieces for fully custom builds. Sample orders of 1-3 pieces ship from stock at a small premium.
What is the lead time?
7-15 days for samples. 15-25 days for bulk orders under 500 pieces. 25-35 days for 500-2000 pieces. We confirm exact lead time with every quote.
How do I install it?
Every shipment includes a printed installation guide. Most fixtures mount to a standard 60mm pole tenon with 4 M8 bolts. No special tools needed.
